A stainless steel worktop delivers a robust prep surface, while the 4-inch removable backsplash adds flexibility and simplifies maintenance. This dual-temperature unit allows the left side to operate as a refrigerator and the right side as a freezer, maintaining precise temperatures for different types of products. The freezer maintains temperatures down to -10°F, while the refrigerator holds products between 36°F and 38°F. Full electronic controls and a standard interior thermometer provide precise monitoring, and adaptive defrost delivers efficient operation.
