The Beverage-Air WTFD48AHC-4-FLT 48-inch Mobile Worktop Freezer is engineered to deliver reliable frozen storage and a long-lasting prep surface in busy commercial kitchens. Inside, the corrosion-resistant aluminum liner delivers long-lasting performance and easy cleaning. The robust stainless steel worktop delivers valuable prep space. Four pull-out drawers provide organized frozen storage and are engineered to accommodate 6-inch deep food service pans (not included). Each drawer includes a stainless steel frame supported by telescoping drawer slides for smooth operation. A built-in locking mechanism prevents drawers from being accidentally pulled out of the cabinet, while snap-in drawer gaskets create a tight seal and allow for quick removal for cleaning or replacement. A full electronic control system and interior thermometer allow precise temperature monitoring, while the freezer consistently maintains product temperatures down to -10°F to guarantee safe frozen storage. The refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly, energy-efficient R290 refrigerant and meets CARB, SNAP, DOE, and other regulatory standards.
