The cabinet is constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, door, drawers, and grille, along with a galvanized steel back and bottom for added structural strength. Inside, the corrosion-resistant aluminum liner ensures long-lasting durability and easy cleaning. The long-lasting-build stainless steel worktop provides a reliable prep surface, while the 4-inch foamed-in-place backsplash simplifies cleaning. This model provides one self-closing door with a 120° stay-open function mounted on cartridge-style hinges for smooth operation and easy maintenance. The door opening includes low-wattage anti-condensate heaters to reduce moisture buildup, and a magnetic gasket ensures a secure seal for optimal temperature retention. The door is also field-reversible (hinge kit not included) to accommodate different kitchen layouts. Inside the door section, two epoxy-coated steel wire shelves provide organized frozen storage. In addition to the door compartment, the unit includes two pull-out drawers built to accommodate 6-inch deep food service pans (not included).
