The griddle features adjustable manual thermostatic control, allowing precise temperature regulation for consistent cooking results. Equipped with two 30,000 BTU U-shape burners, the IKON Griddle delivers powerful heat to the 1″ polished steel griddle plate. The griddle plate provides excellent heat retention and even heat distribution, allowing for consistent cooking performance. The griddle is equipped with two gas control knobs, offering independent control over each burner. This enables chefs to create different heat zones on the griddle, accommodating various cooking requirements simultaneously. The IKON Griddle is designed with durability and convenience in mind. It features double wall insulated sides and welded back and side splash guards, which contribute to heat retention, energy efficiency, and safety.
