This IKON Griddle is a high-performance gas countertop griddle designed for commercial kitchens. With a spacious cooking surface of 36″ wide and 34.4″ deep, it offers ample space for preparing large quantities of food. The griddle features adjustable manual controls, allowing chefs to easily regulate the heat for precise cooking results. The front lit pilot light ensures quick and effortless ignition, allowing for efficient start-up. Equipped with three 30,000 BTU U-shape burners, the IKON Griddle delivers powerful and consistent heat distribution across the 3/4″ polished steel griddle plate. This results in excellent heat retention and even cooking performance. The griddle is equipped with three gas control knobs, providing independent control over each burner. This enables chefs to create different heat zones on the griddle, accommodating a variety of cooking needs simultaneously. The double wall insulated sides and welded back and side splash guards of the IKON Griddle contribute to heat retention and energy efficiency. The griddle features a rear flue for effective ventilation. It includes a removable 3-1/4″ grease drawer with a weep hole and baffle, as well as a 4″ wide grease trough, making it easy to collect and dispose of grease and food debris.
