The Fri-Jado TDR 7+TDR 7 S Turbo Deli Rotisserie Oven is a stacked, electric stainless steel rotisserie oven with smart controls for commercial foodservice use. It features high-speed convection, radiant heat, cook correction technology, and eco cooking to support efficient, controlled rotisserie cooking.
This stacked unit includes 16 meat fork or V-spit positions and 14 basket or rack positions. Smart controls include programmable settings with 99 programs and up to 3 cook stages per program, plus a USB connection and WiFi capability. Safety-focused features include a safety stop and cool double glass doors.
The TDR S reference content also notes a 7″ full-color capacitive touchscreen, high-speed double loop convection, doors on both sides, boost functionality, and no water or drain connections needed. The unit has stainless steel construction and is ETL-Sanitation and cETLus listed.
