The Vulcan EV36S-36G-240 36″ Electric Range provides exceptional flexibility and power in a space-saving design, making it a top choice for commercial kitchens that demand performance without compromise. This model combines a 36″ thermostatically controlled griddle section, and a spacious standard oven, providing a versatile platform for a wide variety of cooking techniques. The cooktop provides a 36″ wide, 7⁄8″ thick griddle plate that is thermostatically controlled and accommodates breakfast items, sandwiches and more. It includes one thermostat provided for each 12″ griddle width. Built for durability and long-term reliability, the unit provides a fully MIG welded aluminized steel frame, along with stainless steel front, sides, back riser, plate shelf, and 6″ adjustable legs. A full-width, pull-out crumb tray beneath the cooktop helps keep the workspace clean and easy to maintain. The range also includes a powerful 5 kW oversized oven with top browning control. The oven interior measures 26.5″ wide by 26-3/8″ deep by 14″ high and fits full-size 18″ x 26″ sheet pans both side to side and front to back. It ships with one oven rack and three rack positions to accommodate a variety of baking needs. The oven thermostat is adjustable from 200°F to 500°F, offering broad temperature control for everything from gentle baking to high-heat roasting. User safety and comfort are built in, with cool-to-the-touch control knobs and an oven handle, as well as a heat-insulated side compartment that protects the oven controls from high temperatures.
