Built with a stainless steel front, sides, top, and legs, the oven delivers a sleek, professional look while offering superior resistance to heat, wear, and corrosion. Each section is fitted with independently operated stainless steel doors that feature double-pane windows, allowing staff to monitor food without opening the doors and disrupting the cooking process. Non-sag insulation is applied to the top, rear, sides, bottom, and doors, maintaining optimal cooking temperatures and enhancing energy efficiency. Inside, each oven cavity measures 29 inches wide by 22-1⁄8 inches deep and 20 inches high, providing ample room for high-volume cooking. Each section includes five nickel-plated oven racks with eleven adjustable positions and positive rack stops, allowing flexible loading configurations. Two interior lights per section illuminate the interior for clear visibility during cooking. Heating is powered by solid sheath electric elements rated at 12 kW per deck, delivering consistent and even heat throughout the chamber. With a combined total of 25 kW, the oven is engineered for fast recovery and reliable performance. Each section includes a powerful two-speed ½ horsepower blower motor that delivers uniform air circulation for even cooking. A built-in moisture vent helps manage humidity inside the cavity, while an oven cool switch allows for rapid cooldown between cycles or at the end of the day. This model delivers advanced computer controls, offering digital time and temperature readouts for precise operation. The system includes a 99-hour timer with audible alarm, a Roast and Hold cycle for low-temperature cooking, and 100 programmable menu selections for streamlined, repeatable results. Shelf I.D. programming allows operators to assign specific cooking settings to individual rack positions—suitable for kitchens with varied production needs. The oven is NSF listed, UL listed, and UL certified to Canadian safety standards. It is also ENERGY STAR® qualified, ensuring optimal energy efficiency while maintaining exceptional performance.
