This efficient prep table delivers a robust Embraco compressor that significantly lowers noise and vibration levels and can save you up to 40% more on energy compared to other types.
The unit’s refrigeration system is self-contained and engineered to provide balanced refrigeration even under the most demanding of environments. The air-cooled system maintains product temperatures within the refrigerated section between 33°F and 40°F and is operated by a high-tech Dixell digital temperature controller.
Magnetic door gaskets are also supplied with the refrigerator to help maintain internal temperatures as well as keep dust and other debris out.
Sufficient Storage and Preparation Space
The 36-inch Atosa sandwich prep table comes fitted with a full width cutting board making it easy to prepare sandwiches and salads right on top of the unit. The convenient pan area on top can hold 15 1/6-size food pans, giving you and your customers plenty of variety on toppings and other ingredients available.
This prep station also includes a refrigerated base with 8.7 cubic feet of storage space for keeping extra meat, vegetables, and fruit at food safe temperatures prior to serving or adding to available food pans.

Both the interior and exterior of this refrigerated prep table are constructed out of a top-grade stainless steel that makes the unit straightforward to use and maintain, while offering the most modern appearance guaranteed to suit any commercial kitchen or even front-of-house operation.
The refrigerated base provides a self-closing and stay open door, which means that if the door is left open under 90°, it will automatically close completely saving you on energy, and helping preserve all the contents inside. However, if the door is left open over 90°, it will remain ajar making it much easier to load a large number of products at one time. Prep table doors also feature recessed handles that help prevent them from catching on anything or anyone while also making them straightforward to operate.
A set of four top-grade 4-inch swivel casters are also pre-installed to help improve mobility. These industrial casters are engineered to hold over 150 pounds of weight and come with brakes on two of the wheels for added safety and control.
